Well, I made the apple pie cake...except I thought the batter looked kind of dry, so I added 1/3 c. of vegetable oil and 1 cup of water to the recipe. Its very tasty. I think if I made it again, though, I would cut the water back to 1/2 c. It is so moist that its almost gooey..a dollop of Cool Whip on top adds a very nice touch.
