Place as many chicken breasts as you are serving people in a big pot and cover with water (You can also add whatever spices you wish to this, but we just use black pepper, usually). Simmer until the meat is just done, remove the breasts and de-fat the broth. Bring the broth back to a boil and add 2 large bags of frozen mixed vegetables. Cook the veggies in the broth according to package directions. While they are cooking, de-skin and de-bone the breasts and tear the meat into pieces. Discard the skin and bones, etc., and then add the chicken to the pot, and stir well. Make a batch of biscuit dough from Bisquick, and drop the mix on top of the "stew" in the pot (Make sure that you have enough liquid in the pot, and if not, just add some prepared chicken stock to the pot.)by tablespoonsful. Cook 10 minutes with the lid on and then 10 with the lid off on top the stove. You now have a WONDERFUL chicken stew with dumplings! Everyone I have EVER fed this to LOVES it!!
