After I exercise, early each day,
I reach for pain relief, lotion or spray,
Sometimes I rub 'til, well enough to play.
No need for a glove, hands do what I say.
It's the final act, before I get to work,
And it makes feel good, new, and pert!

wonder, wander, why, whimsy

I don't even ask or wonder why,
When I get an urge to wander, bye,bye,
Taken by whimsy I go for a hunt,
Untethered and reckless, a bit flimsy and blunt,
'Tis fun to search over here, over there,
In forests, in parks, in trees, everywhere.
I look for hidden treasure and whatever I find,
Satisfies the ego and pleasures the mind.
