It's helped me and I'm just a regular gal.I hope that if anyone is experiencing this problem that they look into the getting or renting exercise tapes that combine cardio and weight training together.I progressed from 3 and 5 pound weights to 6 and 8 now. It's taken me 10 mos. but I lowered my blood pressure, cholesteral and inches from all over. Devote time to your health, make a commitment to yourself. We're going to be here for a long time to come you may as well be as healthy as you can!
