I'm playing racquetball 2-3 times a week. (bad for my knees, I know, but it's the only fun exercise that I keep doing) I've also started walking with a friend 3-4 times a week, for about 2 miles at a time. We've only been walking for for about3 weeks, but I can already tell a difference. Not in weight loss, but in lung capacity and speed of our pace.
