It occurs to me that this might be a gender bias. You all probably know that up until the last decade drugs were researched on MEN as the standard. I wonder if a man had to take Fosamax, would it be cheaper? They don't go through bone modifying menopause! Or am I carrying the woman-as-oppressed in our patriarchal society too far?
