HOpe on down to the BWS Diet forum and tell them what you've been eating and what you're doing for exercise. I need to get back at it because I haven't walked since ripping my knee apart. I did begin physical therapy to prepare for the surgery yesterday. I'll see if I like it for the next 10 days before I buy in.
