My favorite part of the store was the candy section. It was just like walking down memory lane. Tons of loose candy in jars just waiting to be purchased!

I got some 100% cotton, braided throw rugs for my kitchen that I have used for five years now, when soiled I just pop them into the machine then the dryer and they are as good as new. I use to go nuts over the old time candy like watermelon slices, Maryjanes, banana squares and such....Great catalog, I would love to visit the store.....

Ours was with a family with a young boy who loved to pick up the phone while we were on it, yell an obscenity and then hang up. I think we had the party line a long time after you could get individual lines as it was much cheaper.
