We will continue to keep you all in our prayers Dianne. Please let us know how she fares, won't you? Try to be brave and we will try to hold you up with prayers!

Leisa had an X-Ray to determine if the nodule in her lung has burst or not. Should know today or tomorrow. If it has, all of us who have been in physical contact with her must have TB test done.

I guess that TB is cropping up again and especially in homeless people. The state hunts them down to make them get tested. Just too scary.

Dianne, Don't fret. The meds for TB do the trick.

Please keep us posted about her lung. [Wink]

You're in my prayers. I'm sure it's hard hearing all this long distance. God bless.

I hope this helps remind us how good the Lord is to his children:

"As a father is kind to his children, so the Lord is kind to those who honor him... He forgives all my sins, he heals all my diseases". Psalms 103:13,3 [Smile]

Dianne,
Just wnated to let you know I'm still praying for Leisa. Hang in there with her - I know she needs your support and who can do that better than a mother?

Diane, I am praying for Leisa, also. Also keeping a good thought for her and test results.

Leisa got back her chest x-ray and thankfully, the nodule in her lung has not burst and nine months of strong antibiotics should clear up the nodule. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers.

What she does have that has been causing pain is something I can't spell so must do some research on the Internet before I post about it. The doctors want to do surgery. Ironically, the meds she's taking for TB are very bad for the other condition. Gadzooks. [Eek!]

Leisa started nursing school, pain and all. She wants to wait until her Christmas break to have surgery. I don't think it's a good idea but it's up to her. I'm afraid the pain will hit again and she'll have to drop out. So, if the doctor lets her do this, I'll be going to AZ around that time to help her.

She is NOT like me. She loves to study and the more difficult the class, the better she likes it. She has a 4.0 grade average and was chosen as the Biology Student of the Year. Certainly not like me! I think this is why she's putting off surgery.

She still needs your prayers and I appreciate that you have all prayed so far.
