SUMMER SORBET....

Freeze 4 cups of blueberries, strawberries, rasberries or melon chunks....

Combine them with half a cup of orange juice in a blender or food processor until very smooth....

Serve immediately in chilled dishes...

For more sweetness sprinkle in a little sugar or Splenda...your choice.

Hey, all that healthy stuff reminds me of what I really like to do with watermelon.
I forget exactly how I make it. Always have to esperiment, but it involves margarita mix or frozen Limeade blended with ice and watermelon. Add lots of tequilla. It's a great way to cool off in the heat and no matter how hot it is, you won't really care.
Well, that's my contribution to July 4. Since I don't really have a recipe, sometimes it turns out really awful, but after a couple, nobody really cares.
