TVC15...so is the cream working for you?
What kind of difference did you notice, how long did it take?
Anyone else use the cream? Or better yet anyone else use the cream who takes heart medicine?
Sounds like 20 questions here....sorry.
Had Chinese food last night, just reeked havoc with the hot flashes. Slept maybe, all of 2 hours.
I knew better too....

I've heard it said that love is the one eternal thing in the universe. I'd like to add one more - menopause. After 13 years I'm still in it, yucky hot flashes, sleepless nights and all, although my period stopped 7 years ago.
We are through menopause when we run out of eggs. I must have one heck of a lot of the little suckers.

Hi,
Regarding hot flashes which I refer to as power surges, I use Evian spray mist. It is plain, distilled water from the Alps (I have been to the lovely town). Used anytime under or over make-up- it keeps our skin moist and helps cool us off. I keep a bottle in every room so I don't forget to use it! Evian has a website, otherwise you can get it at high - end retail stores or by mail. It is not the same stuff as bottled Evian water but the same company.
