I saw a documentary on the real musician who became nearly homeless busker and then rediscovered. It is an amazing real story. Though I have not yet seen the movie, I could relate to the reality that there is truly only a thin line that separates between yourself and a homeless person or the panhandlers that one encounters. Meryl Streep is a great actress. I've admired some of her stuff. But it's been awhile we've gone to any movie theatre. In the new year, I have plans to do a little mission work with less fortunate women in the city of Baltimore. I'm not sure where or how or exactly what I'll do, but on Monday, I'm emailing a friend who is involved with health care for the homeless to see if he can give me a little direction. There are several palces to choose from in Baltimore. PJ, hope to see It's Complicated tomorrow. My friend that I walk with saw it and really enjoyed it. Should be fun. Everytime you send one back they send a new one. I hope it works as easily as it says it does. No late fee's, plus you can keep them as long as you want to and they go back in an already preposted envelope. The hot way to view movies around here is Red Box. It costs $1.00 and that's it, but you have to get it back within 24 hours.
