It makes me feel safer when I walk alone in the park or am driving any great distances, which I often do. It's nothing fancy and only costs $10.00 a month. It doesn't take pictures. And I can't get the net on it. Yes, jj. We're all on that there facebook; faces are the same, names are different. I have thought about getting one of those pay as you go, just for travel back and forth between here and mom's, for emergencies only. But I've just never looked into one. It is called www.ConsumerCellularTV.com and its for people only using the cell phones once in awhile, like I use mine.
