Oh, this is the first time I've seen this thread! This is totally me!!! One moment I hate my life (house, husband, body, relatives, retirement, etc), ten minutes later I've forgotten that I felt that way and am totally in love with everything about my life. My life has been a constant roller-coaster for so long, bouncing through as many emotions as there are minutes in the day! No wonder I'm exhausted all of the time.

My doctor tells me this is perimenopause. She's been there, done that and survived, so assures me that this too shall pass.

Well, no. Since my perimenopause symptons are so calm and minor compared to other women, whatever less-than-opitmal behaviour I manifest, is more really caused by worrying abit about the future. (my job contract ends in latter part of next year or sooner)
