I would like to know about anyone who has heard of or tried the 3 apple a day diet. It is associated with Golds Gym. I have read a little on it but I have mixed feelings about it.

Since I own a fitness studio, I have women asking about different diets etc. Let me know what you know and especially if you have tried it.

Sorry Teri, but I haven't heard of it. There is a cabbage soup diet that is going on around this town. Have you heard of that one?

I have heard of the cabbage soup diet and it is a poor way to take off unwanted weight. Most people will lose weight initially but then gain it quickly back and then some.
