This baby was born with a health problem so she had seizures regularly and was on medication. She died during one of these seizures. I understand they wanted to make sure nothing else was involved in this case.

Chatty, I know... it's unspeakable the cases of negligence and bad parenting. It's no surprise authorities are taking these cases more seriously.
