BUT, Hannelore, echinacea (indian root)..accepted here by normal medicine. I purchased one of those steam cups from some medical catalogue a few years back. When sinusitis begins, I breathe in steam for several minutes. That generally does the trick and I'm able to function without a plugged nose. The camphor clears the lungs. The honey soothes the throat. Hope you're well soon! And Monica, I drink green tea almost daily.
