Meredith,
I was also going for tension in the neck from lifting. It is the only way to get anything to change in that area. If you are a lifter than your neck should be stronger, or if you lift for bulk, it's bigger.
To strain that area is the only way, I agree.

Dancer with a MIL like that who needs TV, lol…Jeez, what a character. She sounds strenuous. That's funny that your husband went conservative on her as a form of protest. I think there is a message in that.

Meredith I’m trying your mouth exercise right now. You sure you can't get lock jaw doing this? Hubby just came in and asked if I'm catching flies. Honestly, he should know; we have no flies in the winter time.

Chatty, I'm starting with really light weights. You know a coke in the right hand, and a box of chocolates in the left. We do have light weights, and I have the feeling they are really good for me; especially along the upper shoulders and across the chest.
