Ok, my body is going south...floppy, baggy and a little pudgy too. Do I go all out to tone up, perk up (how??) and get fit, or do I just accept my lot and relax a little?

I don't mean let myself go completely...I do make a big effort to look nice, well-groomed, etc...but should I be trying harder?

I suppose I want you all to say, "No honey...just relax and enjoy life"!

Any thoughts?
