I think I'm more like Meredith, who doesn't have enough time to finish everything that I start. Are you able to take just a time out? Take off from the family and everyone, and do a wellness weekend or just go somewhere and just do what YOU want to do? I did that a little time ago, (as so many of you know), and it's the most rejuvenating feeling I've had in a long time. It truly helps to move things into perspective again.
