You know, we can really have a virtual New Year's party here at BWS. No one needs to be alone. We can keep connected that way, share laughs at the same time and see the New Year in together. Are you all up for it? I promise, you'll have fun!

Great idea. I'll pop in for sure. We can all share what's going on in our towns, etc.

That sounds like a wonderful idea, Lola! My hubby usually goes to bed by 9:30pm, though he may try to stay up til 10 for New Year's Eve! I like staying up until midnight. I can't think of anywhere else I'd love to ring in the New Year other than right here with the people who mean the most to me!

I'm with you as long as my hubby falls asleep early. (He usually doesn't make it to 12)
If for some strange reason he does stay awake, I'll wish you all a Happy New Year right now!

What a nice idea! We go to dinner, but the restaurant is next door and we walk over and go early so we are home early. Then we watch the Pops on tv and the fireworks at the end. If it's a clear night, we can see the fireworks in Boston from our living room and deck. I may not be able to be here right at midnight, but I can pop in and out.
