What a great idea. Think how much less our stress level would be if we do that at every stop sign. Several years ago as I was rushing everywhere and getting frustrated at the traffic and having to wait at stop signs for those very slow people I decided to start watching the clock and see how long it was really taking. Boy was I shocked I was getting furstrated for only a minute or less.
It really helped me focus on other things and not the length of time I was waiting

There is far too much impatience in this world. When I learned to STOP and relax and smell the roses so to speak my blood pressure became normal. Before that I had to take meds for high pressure for years.... [Smile]
