Amen Chatty...and what I found was when you least expect it WHAM!, you need the info. The situation comes to you like a thief in the night, invading your lives, and catching you unaware...

I do not want to sound paranoid, but my problems with the Probate/Guardianship Circuit Court started after I contacted the Elder Abuse Hotline to report a series of abuses and neglect to my mother at the hands of the staff at a Rehab./Nursing Center. The more I know, the more I think, that once you get any goverment agency involved in your private life, you ceased to have any privacy or your own... they are a business, the more cases, more funding, referal to other agencies just feeds into their feeding each other's numbers. Reasearch info. on the area, contact the media. Media is the honey that brings the flies.Network, write letters to public officials and media. Create a support group, to share information, ideas, and coordinate effords. It is the only way, to make changes...
