EW, I would buy it in a heartbeat. What a splendid idea, exercising while working. Bet it costs an arm and a leg though.

Yes,it costs around $ 5,000.00. That's alot of membership fees at a plush fitness center. But if I had that kind of money to spend...I think I'd buy it.

Ed3,
It's great if you can walk and chew gum at the same time.
Some folks can't. Some folks might fall on their nose. But then
again it depends on the type of work they're doing. An accountant really has to pay attention to what they're doing.
So I doubt if it would've worked for me when I was working!

Cool idea; the lady walking was pretty funny. I can't believe she walks in those boots all day long though - I wouldn't be able to do that.

Not sure if I could walk and work. She did say she was only working at about 70%.

Here's some other computer exercising options:

This one looks like it's out of business? Good idea though:

I must be the laziest woman on the planet when it comes to doing something for myself. I am right there for everyone elses needs but mine, pooh, not a chance.

I really need to be walking too, for weight and health (diabetes) reasons. Exercise causes the cells to take in the natural insulin your pancreas makes. Thats what type II is, our bodies still make enough insulin but it has trouble getting into the cells where its needed, it stays in the blood and that is type II diabetes.

I need a walking partner bad or a bad walking partner, don't care which! Anybody interested? LOL!!!!

You're not the laziest, Chatty, I am. I can't remember the last time I exercised. I know I should, but I just can't motivate myself, and besides, it's dark when I leave for work and almost dark when I get home. Any ideas on motivation??

OH my Yonuh, thats like the pot calling the kettle black. One of my New Years resolution was to walk daily. Its now Jan. 11. take a guess how many times I've walked. Whaaaat???

In my defense however I have been out six time walking block after block collecting warm clothes for the homeless...Guess that counts.

I should say that counts. Look at that. You're collecting clothes to help others, and you're helping yourself while doing
so. Prayers and blessings,
