Your right and hopefully it will be of some help to the mothers with this problem. I told my DIL about it because the grandson is far to interested in his many computer games. Sorry Kathleen it got posted over...

I recall our kids only being able to watch 2 half hour shows when they were little. Now they watch whenever and whatever they want. However, if I think they've seen enough for one day I send them outside.

Remember- screen time isn't only television. It also invloves hand held games and the computer, and now I guess telephones too.
