Each time I make a meatloaf, I poke my finger in the center. this cuts cooking time down 1/3 since the heat can radiate all through the meat, cooking nice and evenly and quicker!

(then, have your family/guests wonder if you've gone cuckoo!!)

Never heard of a hole in meatloaf... But then we learn something new every day. Put a couple of edi ble flowers in the hole, looks nice and they can be eaten. LOL!!!!
