I have to share a little something that happened to us lately that has something to do with your article.

After returning home from an evening out on the town, I checked phone messages. There was a wonderful message from a dear friend who had spent the day and part of the evening with our college aged son. Our friend and his daughter were visiting his college and our son gave them the royal tour and went to dinner with them. Nothing special...really...but our friend left us this glowing message about what a wonderful son we had, how nice it was of him to take his precious Saturday evening to go to dine with them, and his Saturday afternoon to show them ALL OVER the campus and his apartment, blah, blah, blah. He went on and on about what a gentleman he was, neat kid, etc.

I share this because Ross and I were so incredibly touched that our friend took the time to tell us. We decided right then and there to go out of our way to do the same for people who touch our lives. I just wrote a note this morning to an elderly woman who has touched my life in the past. Onward with grace!
