Dianne Queen of Shoes Registered: 05/24/04 Posts: 6123 Loc: Arizona	I have a wonderful male friend. He's so nice and talented (song writer) and is a loving person. So, I tried to fix him up with a friend who has the same abilities that he has but he's so busy rescuing a battered woman, he's completely blown off my friend. This is the second time he's done it. He continues to get involved with women who have escaped abusive situations and they are confused and traumatized but he seems to think he can help them. I've told him to stay away, leave them alone, they aren't ready for a normal man but he just keeps doing it! I'm thinking of starting a 12 step program for Rescuers Anonymous!

Thus, the abused women. Maybe he doesn't feel he would be worthy of someone who didn't have issues, or needs. Good Lord... listen at me. Hey, I am not a doctor, and I don't play one on TV, k? JJ

He's so southern, "Now Dianne, I know you're gonna fuss at me..." as he begins yet another relationship story of a battered woman he's trying to help. I told him it's he who needs help, not the women. If he wasn't such a sweet guy, I'd have to smack some sense into him or something. Wait, I can't do that. I'm against physical violence.
