Just the title of her book is upsetting to me and I bet many others. I can't imagine being terrified of ones own Father the supposed protecter of the family....

The book is one of the best I've ever read on childhood sexual abuse and it's so well written. She's an amazing writer.

Chatty, I can't imagine NOT being terrified of your father and knowing a loving, unabusive father as a child. However, since going thru a lot of inner healing and some deliverance, it
doesn't make me stand still and wonder if it's real when I see some men with their children.
