The subject line cannot mislead the recipient about the contents or subject matter of the message." I can't tell you how many spam emails I get that have these tricky subject lines. I go through my mail hitting delete, delete, delete. Then I get a subject that could be from someone in the forums and I open it. What I don't understand is that I usually end up with a couple people who say they have been spammed when I send newsletters. The only people who receive them are ones who have signed up through my sites. jawjaw Da Queen Registered: 07/02/03 Posts: 12025 Loc: Alabama	From reading what others have to say on the Constant Contact forum it seems that some people would rather hit "spam" to delete the newsletter rather than hit the unsubscribe. What they don't realize is that CC monitors the number of "spam" hits you get and if you get X number of them, you are barred from using CC. What the people who hit "spam" don't realize is that YOU can see who they are. Chalk it up to some being lazy, others being ah...mean? spiteful? Surely not.
