I thought it might be fun if everyone posted a link to their 'hometown'.Almost like being there, virtually! Might be fun to learn about one another this way as well.

Anyone game?

Some of the live cams aren't working, but if you click on the upper left on "Live Cam Interactive" that will open a window so you can see parts of my town - live! Really fun to look at on a snowy day.

If no one else is using it, you can click the "control camera" button and choose options to see different views of town.

Let me know if it works for you,
Kathy

I was born in the shadow of this lady and still carry her sentiments in my heart despite the distance: www.wirednewyork.com

More specifically, I am a native of this town: www.bigapplegreeter.org

I see the Lady of this household in my money and stamps everyday: www.royal.gov.uk

Because this is the town I have made my second home for the past 16.5 years www.knowledgeoflondon.com

If you should find yourself in my neck of the woods, feel free to come for a cup of tea.

Thanks for sharing a link to your hometowns. The thing that struck me most is the blue sky. Webcams are great!

This sounds like a great idea! Here's a link for a view from my current hometown, Tucson, I see these mountains every day from my front door!

Here is the town where I was born:

I could post links to everywhere I've lived, but that would take up half a page!

What a great idea!

I lie on the "other" side of the Golden gate Bridge - Most people think of San Francisco when they hear the Golden Gate bridge. We live in Marin County - which not many people know about - but it's a really beautiful place.

I found this website that shows some pretty photos of the area.

I dated a guy who had family in Marin County so used to visit them sometimes, with him. It's a wonderful area but soooo expensive! You are lucky to be there.

I lived in San Diego years ago. Many years ago! It's really grown since then. I love California.
