Friends, Romans, Boomers Sistahs,
I don't know if you are aware of it or not, but Dian's daughter had a terrible fire at the apartment complex where she lives. Her daughter is safe and sound, living in Dian's house for the time being. Dian was on vacation in Florida, but is back, however, she's having to help get things sorted out, washed, etc. and wanted me to let everyone know that she will be back next week after they get everything settled. Oh and if you did know about this and knew there was a missing kitten, well....I'm happy to report, Kitty is home and has already made friends with Dian's dogs.

Do you know if she lost much? Maybe I can help by sending her something. Any thoughts?

My sister was in a house fire and lost everything except a photo album from her youth and the family Bible. She was pregnanat at the litme and went into labor. They stopped the contractions, she carried full term and had a healthy child who is now in his 20's.

I'm so glad her daughter is fine. The kitty too.

She said that only her couch, bed and a dresser were ruined. I offered clothes, furniture, or whatever but Dian seems to think it's all covered by friends and family. I'm sure she can let us all know more when she returns, which I think she said would be next week. Her daughter may be deciding to move to Florida so I would wait and see what Dian tells us.

She knows you all care and I'm sure that is what has helped them all get through this!!!!!
