If I'm covering up anyone's recent post, please forgive me. I felt the need to ask you for prayers.

My sister's grandson Andrew, 20 years old, was killed in a motorycycle accident on Sunday. We buried him on Tuesday. I would ask that you please offer a prayer for my sister Brenda, as well as the Mother, Jamie (my niece). I would be so grateful.

Monday, I learned that my son's step-sister, Lindley, who is also 20, was in critical condition in the hospital. She died yesterday afternoon at 3:00 pm. Lindley weighed one pound when she was born and has always had seizures and other complications. Her health had gone down significantly in the last couple of years. The seizures had increased, and my ex-husband and his sweet wife Debbie had been told this time, there is no brain activity...so they had to make the decision what to do. No one should have to go through this! God love them.

While everyone is doig pretty good, it is still very hard to see all of this saddness and be so helpless! Prayer is all I can offer, and with your help, more prayers.

If you can, please say a prayer for my boys as they grieve for their sweet step-sister and for Lindley's Mom and Dad.

I would so appreciate it!

My sincerest condolences, JJ. Your bereavement is close to home, my heart and thoughts. It is in prayer that I keep company with you, Brenda, Jamie, your sons and the rest of the family.

How very shocking for your sister and family to lose their son and nephew so suddenly.
My oldest son drives a motorcycle. Once a year I attend a mass held outside in a huge field for motorcycle drivers, where the drivers bring their bikes to get blessed and to pray that they will always come home safe and sound.
You and your family, and of course Lindley and Andrew are in my thoughts and prayers.

JJ, I am so sorry for the losses; I have prayed for
you and the entire family. We will be here for you always.

Also, no need to apologize for covering up posts. Being a veteran of many
boards for years, the best boards allow all members to post as much as they
want because anyone's topic is just as important as the next and all will
work out. It's what keeps the boards rolling!

I will continue to pray for your family.

I am so sorry and my heart is heavy for such sadness to occur at once in your family. I agree that sometimes prayer is the only and very best you can offer. Please know I'm thinking of you and praying little arrow prayers all day long. Sending a cyber hug your way!
