Mom's Surgery today

Dear friends, I found out last night that my mom will be undergoing eyelid surgery today, in Puerto Rico. I was saddened cause I didn't know on time to book a flight, and we're planning a vacation for a family reunion in PR later in July.
But Please pray for her, that our Heavenly Surgeon will be operating on her. She's is confident that everything will come out alright.
I spoke to her around 7 am. They gave many appointments for the same time (6 am), but she was told at 7 that she has to wait til the afternoon. Gladly, my aunt is with her. My sister was unable to take the day off, because of the change in date and not knowing about it. Seems mom called the Dr's office yesterday and got it for today.

I'm a little late getting to this post, but am keeping your mom in my heartprayers throughout the evening. Keep us posted on how she's doing. I'm sure God has her surrounded by His best guardian angels and will make sure she's not alone!

Thanks, friends. Well, the Lord never leaves us when we need him:
My mom was already on the surgery table, with the IV, and ready for the anesthesia, when they realized they could not go ahead with surgery.
They forgot to advise her not to take some medication she is on, and needed to be off of it for 1-2 weeks before the surgery! The risk of hemorrhage is too great and they postponed it for next tuesday, 7-3-07.
I praise the Lord for caring in such a way , that even at the last minute, they realized this-still on time!!!!
God is good, never fails, always in control of the tiniest details of our lives! I praise Him!
 Our prayers were heard and answered, RIGHT ON TIME! Thanks so much for praying!
