All of the women on my site are getting seriously ill. One had a heart attack, the other has spinal problems and needs surgery, another has a blood clot on her brain and also has heart problems and just today, another one has colon cancer. Please pray for these women. They've already been through so much with abuse it just doesn't seem fair.

Dianne, wow, that sure does seem unfair. Are these women pretty much alone at this time in their lives? I will surely pray for them.

It seems that today in the USA with the depleted soil in our farm lands, polluted air and water, and the unhealthy additives routinely put into our food, that the American legacy today is DISEASE/DEATH in one form or another. One in every three people I know is diseased or dying, long before they should be, from one thing or another...And it gets worse every year. God help us all.

Dianne, do you believe stress brings about more health issues? I do.

All but one of these women are away from their abuser. Yes, I do believe stress, even from years ago, can come back to haunt our bodies. I had horrible lower back pain while I was married to jerk-wad and if I get stressed today, that is where it will hit.

I agree with Chatty too. After reading the book, Skinny *itch, I am much more aware of what I'm putting into my system. As of right now, I just can't eat meat or I'll gag. It really woke me up to important issues.

Please remember my ladies in prayer. It's strange but all of this has happened in the last month.

Oh dear, and it seems worse if it all happens together. Now you just take good care of yourself too Dianne. Oh yes, stay away from meat if it makes you gag. I'm going to get some of those Chinese mushrooms Chatty has recommended.

Very sad news Dianne. You can be assured of my prayers for these ladies.
You hear so much of this type of thing these days. Just last week I heard of many ladies all working in the same building coming down with breast cancer. They don't have a clue what is causing it, but an investigation is underway at least.
We can only assume it has everything to do with what we eat, breath and come in contact with. Makes me want to consider joining an idyllic community somewhere and spend the rest of my days tending the organic vege patch. Something to be said for the simply life I think, but unfortunately probably not so practical for the majority of us with a home, family and work commitments to take care of.
It's nice to dream though (and it reduces stress)

Do you feel a bit like a mother to these women? Maybe mentor is a better word. It must also be causing some stress for you. Take care of yourself.
