chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	CUCUMBER & PEA SALAD 1/2 cucumber peeled, sliced thin and quartered 2 green onions chopped fine 1 small red tomato, chopped 1 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt, or salt substitute to taste 2 tablespoon whits vinegar (with tarragon: nice but optional) MIX all the ingredients together and serve on a bed of lettuce. _________________________ Take a peek at my BLOG: http://charleen-micheles.blogspot.com/

My SIL makes it and it's delish. She slices the cucumbers nice and tihn and it make all the difference in the world. YUM!
