HAM SALAD

2 pounds, cooked ham, cut into bite size pieces
1 small green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup yellow mustard
3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing

Into a food processor place:
the ham pieces,
add the diced green pepper, onion, mustard and miracle whip.
Add pepper to taste.

Process the ingredients together adding more miracle whip if mixture seems dry. Makes great sandwich spread, or topping for cut salad greens.
You can use cooked chicken or turkey in place of the ham.
Everytime I've made the Ham salad, people eating it ask me to make some they can buy. I have too....
