I beat you to it. I was at your site earlier drooling over your garlic potatoes recipe. Going to try it out next week. Sounds yummy, I am a garlic and potatoe lover so this sounds like my new potatoe recipe.

Chick,
My whole family loves the garlic mashed potatoes and they are sooo easy to make.
Thanks for checking them out!

We love margarita pizza too and made it quite a few times this summer. Usually, there's a go-around regarding what goes on first, the cheese or tomato. [Big Grin] LOL! We even tried grilling the dough, which was good but very tricky since it burns real quick.

Cheshire,
I've always done it with the tomatoes on the bottom. Does it change the flavor in any way by reversing it? Maybe I'll have some fun with my family and make it the other way next time!

I have a question. How do you keep your fried chicken moist? I either overcook or undercook mine and it's always too dry.

Well personally I dip my chicken into seasoned flour first, then whipped eggs then bread crumbs and pan fry it in olive oil in a deep fry pan. Now if you'd like you can partially fry it then put it into a oven at 350* for about 20 minutes BUT by dipping it into flour, egg and then bread crumbs this mixture seems to seal in the juices.

I do it similar to Chatty. But I mix the flour in with the breadcrumbs and I dip the chicken into the eggs first and then the bread crumb mixture. I then partially fry it and pop it into the oven.

TVC, I love pizza. My mouth's watering and it's only 8:30 AM.

I've never made fried chicken. I once tried an oven recipe but it wasn't too great. Anyone want to share their fried chicken recipe by opening another topic?

Dotsie,
The fresh ingredients make it a whole different pie. Really delicious!
