Jamacian Jerk Chicken

2 tsp. gound allspice
2 tsp. dried tyme
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (I use sea salt)
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 12 strips.
2 tsp. vegetable oil

1)In a shallow dish, combine the allspice,thyme, cinnamon, garlic powder, red pepper, and salt; mix well.
2)Toss the chicken strips in the mixture,turning to coat completely.
3)In a medium skillet, heat the oil over a medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in batches, if necessary, for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until no pink remains. Serve immediately..... [Wink]
