Hi and welcome. Here's a quick way...
Buy a ready cooked chicken..break it up and boil bones and all in a few cans of chicken broth or chicken bouillon cubes in water. Debone and add onion, carrot(canned or baby cook quickly)
canned tomatos, rice, peppers or any quick cooking veggie. Even pasta if u like it. Salt and pepper to taste.
The ready cooked chicken makes it a quick soup.

Snappy Cheese Soup

Mix all together adding cheese last, simmer for about 20 minutes or until cheeses melt. Yummy!

Place a half or whole pound of ground beef or ground turkey into a soup pot that has onions carmelizing in butter.

Once the meat is browned, add a can of stewed tomatoes, couple stalks of cut up celery and a bag of frozen mixed veges.

Sprinkle in sea salt, parsley flakes from can, add pepper.

Drop in two beef bouillon cubes let simmer for half an hour and serve.
