chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	I was fooling around today and came up with a new recipe. Like FISH?? Try this recipe. Use any kind of fish you have, even shrimp. 4 or more Talapia fillets of fish 1 egg beaten 2 tbls. of cream 1 cup of instant oatmeal salt, pepper, tsp. onion powder. tsp. of parsley... One fresh lemon... Beat cream, egg and seasoning together with wisk... Dip the thawed or fresh fillets into the beaten, seasoned egg, and cream mixture... Dip each fillet into the oatmeal, cover completely... Place on a cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray and allow to bake in a 325* oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown... chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	Yes it does come out crunchie on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside...Talapia is thin fillets usually, cook thicked pieces of fish a bit longer.
