Dotsie Founder Registered: 07/09/08 Posts: 23647 Loc: Maryland	I just scrolled through all the recipes because I thought I had posted it, but I haven't. I'll get the recipe and post it tomorrow. It so simple and so delicious. All you do is butter white bread, float it in an egg and mil mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon, but I'll get the amounts.

Nana's Bread and Butter Pudding -Beat three eggs -One cup sugar -2 cups milk -Beat those ingredients -Add a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of cinnamon -Mix -Butter four slices of white bread and cut each into six peices -Pour the fluid mixture in a 9x12 baking pan, then place the bread on top. -Sprinkle with a cinnamon/sugar mixture. -Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is so simple and delish. Nothing extravagant, but homey! Let me know if anyone tries it.

Bluebird Member Registered: 09/20/05 Posts: 2560 Loc: Pagosa Springs, Colorado	I've made bread pudding with the same ingredients (although I don't measure anything!) and it is delicious, especially in the winter. Try adding diced peaches (from a can) or some cranberries, cut in half. As Racael Ray would say - YummO!!!
