Awhile ago I asked for the recipe for home made manicotti shells. Well after much digging around I finally found mine and have it posted at my site. (I lost it when we moved.)
Anyway if anyone is interested you can find it at

I also have the recipe for Spinach Manicotti there and several others. Also at my discussion board there are a couple of zucchini recipes that others have posted including one for Chocolate cake that is made with zucchini! I haven't tried it yet but it sounds delicious. (In the thread called awesome zucchini recipe) What a great way to get your daily veggies!!!!!
