She called as she was leaving work and was in her car (to set the scene). We chatted business stuff for a bit, (She's my PR woman), then family stuff, then just stuff...she then said, "Dang it all! I've broken a nail digging around in my purse looking for my cell phone! I don't know what in the world I've done with it! I could just scream."
