I just finished this book, written by our own Pam Kimmell and wanted to recommend it to others! It's a mystery novel, but there's nothing scary or gory in it. The characters are interesting, likeable and "real". I could see
the small town in Virginia where the story takes place and the unraveling of the mystery was not complicated. (It wasn't frustrating, like trying to solve the case on "Monk"!!) It is a very pleasant and enjoyable read and I look forward to the next one!

Thanks for the wonderful "review" Bluebird. I'm glad you enjoyed the book.....it was my desire to create a nice little town with interesting characters so I'd have lots of material for a mystery series. If you enjoyed the first one, I can only hope you enjoy the ones to follow just as much!.... [Wink]

To all you ladies who haven't read The Mystery of David's Bridge....it's a very enjoyable read. Pam was gracious enough to send me a autographed copy.
I'll be one of the first in line, for her next book.

{{{Pam}}}.... Sherri says she has seniority and she's first...is that right?
I live closer, does that count?

You ladies are so funny BUT sweet too....I'm glad everyone's salivating over the second book even though I'm still WRITING it!!!! I promise it will be a good one though...Bailey is finding this little town of hers just FULL of things to dig into and mysteries to solve.

Renee if you are interested in "The Mystery of David's Bridge", just let me know (PM or email me)......I sell it at a discount to my fellow Boomer Girls and I'll pay the postage.

As for book #2 (tentatively titled "The Mystery of the Duplicate Key")....I'm aiming for Fall publication.

Hugs to everyone for their kind comments and fighting for first place in the line for the second book.....YOU GALS ARE THE BEST! [Wink] [Wink]
