Do you ever have one of those days when you look at everything in your house and think it either needs cleaning or painting? What's up with that?

That happened to me last week and I did nothing except clean out a couple cabinets. Yesterday everything looked pretty good. I didn't have that overwhelmed feeling. It must be my mood.

OK, now I know you're my long lost twin. Same thing, same time, same feeling! [Wink]

If someone from "out of town" calls to say they're visiting, OMG I notice every little spider home, dust bunny and window sill. Are you that way too? [Eek!]

Looks pretty good right now with the cabinets cleaned out. [Roll Eyes]

Darn! I thought this topic was about some sexy movie or Desperate Housewives or something.
Shucks, household dirt doesn't scare me a bit. I just shove it under something... [Smile]

My best way to get the house clean is to have a party. I know everyone is coming so I make it a point to really clean up. Works every time!

I can remember when I woulod kill myself scrubbing and polishing and making sure everyhting was spotless. HA, [Big Grin] how things change. I make it a point to meet people somewhere instead of having them over and thank God all my relatives are many miles away in other states. I like clean but my priorities have changed just out of self defense..... [Big Grin]

Actually, I've gotten better as I've gotten older. I used to mop my apartment floors twice. Once when I moved in, and once when I moved out. Of course, I was single then; they probably didn't need much more than that. [Razz]

The house is fairly clean right now. I won't hit a panic for at least two more weeks.

I was GOING TO continue the 100-year-old project of house painting this week, but now there's that website headache. And my back's been pulled out again the last 10 days, so that's my current excuse for laziness.
