Does anyone suffer from fatigue from menopause? How do you deal with it?

Cookie,

Yes , I do suffer from fatigue ever sense I went off of estrogen several years ago. I started menapouse at 55 . I take Vitiams Mult and that helps . I had a friend who went back on estrogen. I will not go back on them . The drs here only want you to be on them for five years. I have fiber cyst on the breast so I was taken off . I am glad I am not alone in the fatique . Glad you brought the subject up Cookie and nice meeting you .

I am not on very much , jut to busy .

Renee

Yes Dotsie, I do exercise. I walk daily, lift some hand weights, and just try to keep moving all the time.....except when I'm on here. smile I just feel very tired at times...more than I think I should feel. I have had tons of blood work done and it always checks out fine, which I'm thankful for, but I sure wish I could muster up a little more zip.

YOu may need to take a series of vitamin B shots Cookie. They work wonders for pepping you up naturally. You can also get vitamin B12 in liquid form, (Puritans Pride) you put a drop under your tonque daily and it is instantly absorbed into your system. It is like a shot of adrenelan...
