I'm quite sure that there is aleady a thread of this nature but I was wondering if anyone is on HRT and if so, how does it work for you? Forgive a question that, again, has probably been covered and I'll search for it. Can I get any info from anyone now? dancer9 Registered: 04/16/07 Posts: 2411 Loc: Arizona	HRT worked great for me to until my period just stopped and with that so did the symptoms. After that, HRT just seemed to give me side effects. I've cut almost all of the HRT out of my "diet," of medications and feel better a bit... It's strange but I started perimenopause really early, maybe because I dance, and the peri part was a nightmare! EVERY single problem one can have with peri happened to me! (Again, it hits dancers very hard,) I'm without my period for almost 7 or 8 months now and I had to quit the HRT. My sypmtoms have stopped too though, just as fast as they started!
