Ladies,
Today I'll be going to visit Walgreens in my hometown. They have a tour bus that goes around states in the country and they give FREE...yes, you read it right, FREE

1. Cholesterol screenings
2. Bone Density test
3. Blood pressure test
4. Glucose Level testing
5. Waist circumference
6. Body Mass Index

Now while I won't come away a happy camper, I'm sure of it, at least I won't be able to deny the numbers....you know what I mean? I'll have to face the music....LOL!

Just wanted to share this with you all.

This is such a great service. I think a lot of us are lving with some kind of music. Mine is weight gain.

I checked my state and none of the four listed are that close to home.
