Just wondering if anyone out there has tried this Goji juice stuff and what you think of it?

It's becoming the next cure-all tonic here and expensive too!!

I don't know much about it, but I have friends that love to drink that and also Mangosteen juice (the Mangoxan brand).

There are so many trendy juices these days. I would think the soda industry isn't doing that well due to the growing popularity of drinking water and juices among the kids.

Whenever we have parties at our house, not only do we buy soda, we also buy cases of bottled water. It's a good thing. IT's just a shame they don't feel the same about drinking water out of the faucet. It's much cheaper!

POM juice is known for having more antioxidants than any other juice, just like it's origin, pomagranites. It's quite expensive but I just drink a shot glass of it every day.

Why not eat the pomegranites? They are a bit messy but so sweet and if you nibble on them at night you won't overeat any junk foods...they are filled to the brim with health and the whole fruit is much cheaper than the juice alone, go figue!!

I don't think we can get pomegranites here, if we do I've never seen them. Saw one for the first time yesterday when watching Martha, she was showing how to cut one up and then put it in a salad! Very interesting looking fruit.

As to the Goji juice, I've read heaps about it and have a friend wanting to sell me some as it's supposedly the great cure-all (for everything!!) I just wonder if it's all true!

Why can't we buy goji berry bushes to plant in our own gardens?!?

Chatty, they are only in season for a short period of time so I revert to the juice in the off season. It is Sammie's very favorite food but is it ever messy...and stains!

New Zealand is warm, right? I would think they could grow them there.

No New Zealand is not really a very warm place at all, we've just had summer and it certainly wasn't warm enough for me. Maybe up the top of the north island it's a little more tropical.

I must keep an eye out for the Pomegranates in the supermarket.

Dianne, Martha showed the way to cut into them without spilling any juice. Are they fill of small juicy seeds?
